Plot:

Jaadugar is a romantic story with a magical twist. Meenu, a small-time magician, falls in love with Dr. Disha, who has her own troubled past. To win her hand in marriage, Meenu is challenged to win the inter-colony football tournament trophy, but the odds are against him.

Acting:

Jitendra Kumar, known for his role as Jeetu Bhaiya in 'Kota Factory,' carries the film on his shoulders confidently. Arushi Sharma portrays her role convincingly. Jaaved Jaaferi plays his part as expected.

Cinematography:

The film's beauty lies in its simplicity and depiction of the small-town milieu. The songs are not memorable, except for the title track 'Jaadugiri,' which is hummable and appears during a dream sequence.

Direction:

Sameer Saxena manages to hold one’s attention for most of the film, but the pace slackens in the second half. The balance between energy and drama could have been better.

Overall:

Jaadugar has enough moments to draw the viewer into Meenu’s jaadugiri but fails to score that metaphorical goal. It combines bland ingredients and lacks momentum, making it more faff than fun.
